DUN-GOOD RIDERS INC CLUB MEETING MINUTES
March 15, 2022 Green Shack – Armstrong Creek
- Meeting called to order at 6:00 p.m. by President Brad Reabe – 13 people in attendance.
- Roll was taken, President Brad Reabe, Treasurer Dave Schultz Officers Jim Schuh, Jeff Thielen, Darryl Gardner Present, absent Vice President Debbie Dashnier, Secretary John Criel Officer Mike Dashnier.
- Motion was made to approve the Agenda by Diane Gudowicz, second by Darryl Gardner motion carried.
- February 15, 2022 Meeting Minutes were distributed for review, Motion was made to accept as written by Jim Schuh second by Diane Gudowicz motion carried.
- Treasurers Report was read by Dave Schultz, balance of $16,521.58 after all expenses paid, motion was made to accept the Treasurers Report as read by Jeff Thielen second by Jim Schuh motion carried.

Trail Report/Trail Work/Equipment/Signs
- Trails closed regular maintenance brushing work being completed
County O Update
- Approved through committee goes in front of the full County Board at the end of March.
Summer Fundraiser – July 16, 2022
- Thermal Chaos will be hosting a summer fundraiser for the club, donation requests have been circulating and the event is coming together.
UTV Pick Up
- Discussed asking Tom Van Zeeland to bring it up when he comes up for the Near North work day April 16, 2022.
New Business
County Alliance Update
- Marinette County was awarded Snowmobile Friendly County signage will be going up, Clubs and businesses can use the signage and logo.
- SNARS trail corrections need to be submitted to Pete Vilas
- Grant requests need to be completed by 4/4 Alliance Meeting to then go to Pete Vilas prior to 4/15.
AWSC Annual Convention
- March 26, event is open to all members.
WATVA Convention
- April 8 – 10 event is open to all members
Repair Grants
- As noted above all repair grants are to be completed prior to 4/4 Alliance Meeting for review at that meeting prior to sending to Pete Vilas the County Coordinator.

- Discussed need for more parking and where to park at 12 Foot Falls
- Discussed Shrine and upkeep and working with the Shrine Group regarding maintenance and keeping clean.
- Discussed potential play area for ATV/UTV like Florence County, no resolution or next steps.
