DUN-GOOD RIDERS INC CLUB MEETING MINUTES
November 9, 2021 Green Shack – Armstrong Creek
- Meeting called to order at 6:00 p.m. by President Brad Reabe – 10 people in attendance.
- Roll was taken, President Brad Reabe, Treasurer Dave Schultz, Membership Chair Mary Lou Neumann, Officers Pat Dashnier, Mike Dashnier, Jeff Thielen Present, absent Vice President Debbie Dashnier, Daryl Gardner Jim Schuh.
- Motion was made to approve the Agenda by Jeff Thielen, second by Mary Lou Neuman motion carried.
- October 19, 2021 Meeting Minutes were distributed for review, Motion was made to accept as written by Mary Lou Neuman second by Diana Schultz motion carried.
- Treasurers Report was read by Diana Schultz, motion was made to accept the Treasurers Report as read by Mike Dashnier second by Ron Rosner motion carried.

Trail Report/Trail Work/Equipment/Signs
- New skid steer received
- Lumber Purchase for Bridge work Motion made to accept Oregon Lumber bid at $5,006.94 by Diana Schultz, second by Jeff Thielen motion carried
Team Winnebagoland – Club Shed
- 125 Riders showed up for the event, Worked with Thermal Chaos on the Pulled Pork and sides, for the same plate they charge $10 for which would have been a $1,250.00 expense, Thermal Chaos donated back $1,050,00 so our total expense was $200.00. Donations totaled $1,071.00, Clothing $431.00 Membership $100.00 total income after Food and Beverage Expense $1,402.00
2022 Open House Raffle Prizes
- After several positive comments on the quality of the 2021 raffle prizes discussion was had to purchase them again. A motion was made by Pat Dashnier to spend $2,000.00 for the 2022 Raffle Prizes, second by Cheri Reabe motion carried
County O
- Guidance came back from the County Highway Commissioner to amend our request for opening County O to just Mountain Road to Camp 12, unfortunately we need to re-apply a motion was made by Pat Dashnier to approve the $100.00 application Fee second by Ron Rosner and motion carried.

- Discussed map delays and club trail work

Members Input
- Dave Schultz brought up Temperature Rule considering all surrounding clubs having a rule in place. The decision was made to table the discussion until we could gather additional information and formally place the discussion on the agenda.
Diana Schultz made a motion to adjourn at 6: 40 second by Mary Lou Neuman motion carried
